1997 Grand Banks 42 Motor Yacht

location icon Westport, Connecticut
Year 1997
Length 42 ft
Price
$295,000

Roundabout is a beautiful example of the storied building quality of Grand Banks, and has been upgraded year-end and year-out by her knowledgeable owners. The 42 with her two staterooms and two full heads with stall showers,is the most popular trawler of the Grand Banks line, and the Motor Yacht is the model of choice for people looking to live aboard and do extensive cruising.  Because of the unique layout of the 42 Motor Yacht, Roundabout has a down galley larger than the Classic, and a master stateroom that rivals the 46.  The Cat 3208 TAs, 375HP, are by far the most popular engine package.

Since 2013, among other upgrades, all of the exterior canvas has been replaced by beige Sunbrella , all flybridge cushions are new, the windows (26) were all removed and lightly tinted glass was installed, all window tracks are new stainless steel, and the frames were Awlgripped.  The mast and boom have also been recently powder coated.

Roundabout is now in her slip after making the Great Loop, much of which is fresh water.  She must be seen to be appreciated.
