Introduction

Four very comfortable, generously outfitted staterooms. Three luxuriously appointed private heads. An immense salon whose sophisticated elegance will proclaim the excellent taste of its owners. A large, modern galley that will indulge the gourmet’s appetite for exceptional cuisine, or appease a hungry boater’s need for a snack. A wheelhouse-style bridge that will satisfy a captain’s taste for power. An enclosed stairway that curves safely from flybridge to salon. A garage that will house a hard-bottomed inflatable, jet-powered tender.

With the wide beam, seakindly hull, nimble handling, speed and long-range cruising ability to cross the blue horizon and achieve one’s portion of paradise.

All in all – this is a yacht that must be seen, must be experienced, that must be owned by all those who aspire to the ultimate in offshore living.

Hull Design

Hull Design

Ocean’s Odyssey class was conceived for voyagers – men and women who see in the distant horizon not only a destination, but a renewal of the spirit. Odyssey owners persist in the notion that the sea remains to be discovered – even now – by adventurous spirits who will make it their own.

The 65 Odyssey is one of marine architecture’s grandest examples. Certainly, she possesses style, refinements, and amenities rare in a production yacht of this size. In her spacious accommodations and in the dramatic sweep of her exterior lines, she holds her own against the world’s finest motoryachts. Underway or at the dock, she makes her presence known while she proclaims the discriminating taste of her owner.

All in all the 65 Odyssey is a yacht that must be seen, must be experienced, must be owned by all who aspire to the ultimate in offshore living.

Bridge Features

Bridge Features

Enclosed Bridge

The 65 Odyssey’s fully enclosed, climate-controlled flybridge offers protection from inclement weather. Spacious, it is almost as large as the salon in our smaller Super Sports. Standard amenities include an L-lounge with table, a wet bar, a refrigerator/icemaker combo, TV with DVD player, ample storage, and Corian® countertops. An interior spiral stairway offers safe, secure passage from the bridge to the salon. Visibility is excellent at all points of the compass. Through the sliding aluminum door, one walks onto the spacious aft sundeck with a standard L-lounge. Under the extended bridge-hardtop overhang, an outside steering station with standard electronic controls facilitates close-quarters handling. Behind the steering station, there is room for an optional storage cabinet with range-top.

Console

The enclosed bridge is fully instrumented. Standard features include a Pompanette “Prestige Series” helmsman and companion chair, single-lever electronic controls, and a superior electronics area.

Sundeck

The 65 Odyssey includes a spacious sundeck area. Here, Ocean voyagers will enjoy the outdoors in perfect comfort, shaded by the flybridge’s overhang. Two underdeck compartments are capacious, increasing the yacht’s storage capacity. Molded-in steps lead to a fiberglass swim platform and ladder. Port and starboard cockpit doors provide safe and easy dockside access.

Salon Features

Salon

Beautifully accented with teak bulkheads and cabinetry, the salon offers sumptuous comforts for voyagers. A designer sofa and two designer chairs are standard. So are the wet bar with sink, icemaker, Corian® countertop, the cocktail ottoman, and a sophisticated entertainment center. A spiral staircase leads securely to the bridge.

Entertainment System

The salon’s entertainment center features a standard 42″ LCD TV with remote, a DVD player, and Bose Lifestyle 35 Stereo System.

Gallery

Cooks appreciate the generous working space, ample drawers and cabinets, three-burner range, convection microwave, upright refrigerator, and instant hot-water dispenser. Other standard features are a trash compactor, dishwasher, Corian® countertops, Amtico® flooring and a central vacuuming system.
