Varnished cherry joinery, teak and holly sole, Ultrasuede upholstery and 6’6” headroom create an atmosphere of welcoming comfort below. There are two large private cabins, each with its own dual-entry head; the well equipped galley features Corian countertops and voluminous storage. All opening hatches and portlights have screens and all ports have Accord shades. Three Hella fans are located in the salon and galley; one is in each private cabin. Dockside air conditioning and an Espar diesel heater are vented to all cabins, including the two heads with pump equipped sumps.
Forward the huge Vee berth includes a filler, plus two bureaus and a hanging locker and access to the ensuite head. The separate shower was fitted with a removable bar for hanging wet weather gear; the toilet is a fresh water Vacuflush with a Tankwatch monitor. Countertops are Corian; there is additional storage outboard and under the vanity sink.
The main salon features a large U settee to port with an inlaid cherry table; louvered cabinets are outboard and additional storage is in the table base. To starboard is the long settee; the center back cushion folds down to reveal a swing-down cherry table. There are lee cloths for the main salon settees that allow safe sleeping while under way. Lockers behind the Starboard settee house custom wine storage and stereo. Aft to starboard is a large navigator’s station with drawers and shelving; the main DC/AC electrical panel and breakers are conveniently located outboard. There is a large head just aft with access from the salon and the huge aft cabin. This head includes a manually operated marine toilet with Y valve and macerator pump. The huge aft cabin includes excellent ventilation from a large overhead hatch as well as an opening port, plus a vented hanging locker and access to the engine compartment.
The galley to port is equipped with Seafrost engine driven refrigeration with a second freezer plate; there is a gimbaled 4 burner Regal propane stove with oven and a safety bar; microwave oven and two polished stainless steel sinks with additional foot pedals for water. Excellent storage includes a tip-out trash container. All -weather ventilation includes an opening port located under the companionway enclosure. The companionway stairs offer additional bracing for the cook while under way and are angled to provide secure footing when the boat is heeled.
