ASH is a one owner Pearson 38 True North, and a beautiful example of this very popular model.  Families in particular want the singe level living/playing this model offers, running from the helm station to the huge cockpit with double transom doors.  There is plenty of room in the cockpit for the dinghy and water toys, and with the double transom doors open, becomes a great platform for launching all those toys and swimmers.

The single Yanmar 440HP has less than 1,000 hours on the engine, a mere 50 hrs a season, and always professionally maintained/serviced.  She has a full suite of recent electronics, and has recently been painted,

ASH is a fast, sensible low maintenance express cruise based on the New England lobster boat hull. A head turner in every port, the True North 38 offers accommodations for four, a dry comfortable pilothouse, large head/shower, and a cruising speed of 20 kts.
