Presented by Regal Boats, the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Gold Award recognizes dealerships committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. For Petzold's, this recognition reflects the hard work and dedication of our entire team, from sales and customer support to the service technicians and yard crew who care for our customers' boats.

Since 1945, Petzold's Marine Center has built its reputation on more than selling boats. As a family-owned business, we've always believed that the relationships we build with our customers are just as important as the boats we sell.

That commitment continues long after a customer takes delivery. Behind every boat is a team of professionals working to ensure it's properly prepared, maintained, serviced, and ready for the water.

At our Portland, Connecticut location, the Service Department is led by Dominic Valente, Service Manager, whose team works year-round to provide the technical expertise and dependable support our customers expect.

Working alongside the service department is our yard crew, led by Josh Bell, Yard Operations Manager. From preparing new boats for delivery to handling seasonal maintenance, hauling, and storage, the yard team plays an essential role in the customer experience.
