The 2026 Discover Boating® Norwalk Boat Show returns to Norwalk Cove Marina September 24–27, bringing together some of the best boats, yachts and marine brands on the water. This year, the Petzold’s Yacht Sales team will be representing an extensive lineup from Regal, Back Cove, Sabre, EdgeWater and Chris-Craft — with everything from versatile family boats and serious offshore performers to beautifully appointed yachts designed for weekends and extended cruising.

Whether you’re actively looking for your next boat or simply want to compare different styles, layouts and sizes in person, the Norwalk Boat Show is one of the best opportunities of the season to step aboard multiple models in one place. Our team will be available throughout the show to answer questions, walk you through the boats and help you find the right fit for how you want to spend your time on the water.

The Regal 34 SAV packs an impressive amount of versatility into a manageable package. Dual Terrace Doors expand the cockpit toward the water, while generous entertaining spaces, fishing features and a surprisingly capable cabin make it equally suited for a day at the sandbar, an offshore run or an overnight away. Below deck, a forward convertible berth, private mid-cabin sleeping area and full-standing head and shower make longer weekends easy.

For boaters who want the accommodations of a sport yacht with the versatility of outboard power, the Regal 36 XO is well worth stepping aboard. Its upper salon connects naturally with the aft cockpit to create one large social space, while oversized bow seating gives guests another place to spread out. Below, a California Queen, spacious settee and walk-in shower make the 36 XO a legitimate weekend cruiser rather than simply a day boat.

The Regal 38 FXO adds an entirely different perspective with its flybridge and elevated 360-degree views. The outboard-powered yacht gives you several distinct spaces to enjoy throughout the day, from the flybridge above to the climate-controlled upper salon and comfortable accommodations below. It’s a strong option for boaters looking to extend their season while still enjoying open-air boating when the weather is right.

The 43 SAV takes Regal’s Sports Activity Vessel concept into true yacht territory. Dual Terrace Doors dramatically expand the cockpit, while the Refreshment Island and available lowering television create a setting built for entertaining. At the same time, offshore capability, fishing features, stabilization technology and comfortable overnight accommodations mean the 43 SAV can handle considerably more than an afternoon cruise.

The Regal LX43 is built around one of the most impressive convertible entertaining spaces in the lineup. Electronically opening side windows, windshield and hardtop allow the cockpit to transition from protected and climate-controlled to an open-air environment at the push of a button. Add Dual Terrace Doors and generous bow seating, and the LX43 creates an expansive platform for enjoying the water through more of the New England boating season.

At the top of the Regal lineup is the flagship 50 SAV — a boat designed to bring cruising, entertaining, fishing and extended stays together without making you choose between them. At more than 50 feet overall with a 14'7" beam, the 50 SAV offers substantial entertaining and living space, Dual Terrace Doors, a spacious cabin and advanced onboard technology. It’s a boat that needs to be experienced in person to fully appreciate its scale.

The Back Cove 39O delivers the understated New England styling the brand is known for with the speed and flexibility of outboard power. A fully enclosed, climate-controlled helm deck allows for comfortable cruising well beyond the warmest summer months, while the galley-up layout and spacious cockpit keep everyone connected when entertaining. Below deck, a queen island berth, private guest cabin and lower lounge create accommodations designed for real weekends — or longer — on the water.

The Sabre 45 Salon Express brings traditional Downeast character together with beautifully finished modern living spaces. Large windows fill the salon with natural light and give the boat an open connection to its surroundings, while the interior woodwork and attention to detail showcase the craftsmanship that has made Sabre such a recognizable name in New England boating. Spacious living areas and a thoughtfully designed interior make the 45 equally comfortable entertaining at the dock or heading out for a multi-day cruise.

The EdgeWater 248CX is the kind of boat that can change personalities throughout the day. The dual-console layout combines comfortable bow and cockpit seating with serious fishing capability, abundant storage, a walk-in head compartment and a deep-V hull designed for offshore use. It’s a practical size for family boating while still offering the construction and capability EdgeWater owners expect.

Moving up to the EdgeWater 262CX brings even more room for entertaining, fishing and long days away from the dock. Its deep-V hull and Single Piece Infusion construction are designed for offshore performance, while bow lounges, an aft folding seat, ultra lounge, prep station, abundant storage and a walk-in console with a freshwater head make it exceptionally versatile. The 262CX is particularly appealing for families who want one boat capable of doing a little bit of everything.

The Calypso 28 takes classic Chris-Craft detailing and puts it into a highly usable dual-console layout. U-shaped bow seating, a versatile port-side lounge and available cockpit galley create plenty of room to entertain, while the teak accents, stainless hardware and signature Chris-Craft styling give the boat a level of finish that stands apart. It is equally at home taking the family out for the afternoon or pulling up to dinner on the waterfront.

The Calypso 32 builds on that concept with more space, more technology and an exceptionally versatile layout. A well-equipped cockpit galley, adaptable seating and substantial weather protection make it a natural entertainer, while Seakeeper Ride technology and available gyro stabilization add another level of comfort on the water. Throughout the boat, stainless hardware, rich materials and Chris-Craft’s unmistakable profile bring sophistication without sacrificing usability.

For boaters who want the open layout of a center console without giving up comfort or finish, the Catalina 28 offers a compelling combination. Spacious bow seating, an available cockpit galley, extended swim platform and generous storage make it easy to transition from cruising to swimming, fishing or entertaining. The high-gloss teak steering wheel, stainless detailing and carefully finished upholstery keep it unmistakably Chris-Craft.

The Launch 31 GT is a luxury bowrider made for long afternoons with family and friends. Spacious bow and aft seating, a convertible sunpad and available cockpit galley turn the boat into an entertainment space on the water, while mahogany, stainless steel and teak detailing deliver the craftsmanship expected from Chris-Craft. With multiple propulsion configurations available, the Launch 31 GT can also be tailored considerably to the way its owner plans to use it.

We’ll also spend some time on the history behind Chris-Craft — a name that has been part of American boating for generations — and how that heritage continues to influence the design, materials and craftsmanship of today’s boats.

The 2026 Norwalk Boat Show runs Thursday, September 24 through Sunday, September 27 at Norwalk Cove Marina, with show hours from 10:00 AM–7:00 PM Thursday through Saturday and 10:00 AM–5:00 PM Sunday.
