By managing our Ship's Store inventory and supporting our internal mechanics, you ensure our service operations run at peak efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Assist customers with engine part inquiries as well as pull necessary components for our on-staff mechanics to keep repair jobs moving.

• Inventory Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the parts department, including purchasing, receiving, and ensuring all inventory is billed correctly.

• Supplier Relations: Work with multiple manufacturers and suppliers to order parts, track shipments, and promptly handle returns.

• Store Operations: Operate the cash register, manage parts calls, and maintain a clean, organized inventory system in the Ship's Store.

• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the service and sales teams to provide a unified experience for every boater who walks through our doors.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Must have a Marine Parts or Marine Mechanic background. You need to know your way around an engine and be comfortable navigating technical parts manuals.

• Multi-Tasking Pro: Ability to handle a ringing phone, a customer at the counter, and a mechanic’s request simultaneously.

• Tech Savvy: Proficient with computers and able to learn inventory management software quickly.

• Team Player: A "can-do" attitude and a commitment to excellence in customer service.
